1. 機組設備總體介紹upward casting unit

上引法無氧銅桿連鑄機組用于生產長度光亮的無氧銅桿,大長度光亮的無氧銅管以及大長度光亮的無氧銅扁坯型材。

Oxygen-free Copper Rod Upward Continuous Casting Machine is used to produce bright oxygen-free copper rod, bright oxygen-free copper tube and bright oxygen-free copper slab sections.

2.1 概述Overview

上引法無氧銅桿連鑄機組(以下簡稱機組)用于生產長度光亮的無氧銅桿,大長度光亮的無氧銅管以及大長度光亮的無氧銅扁坯型材。

2.4 原理Principle

機組將電解銅經工頻感應爐熔化成液體,通過覆蓋于表面的木炭與空氣隔絕(避免銅液氧化)經保溫爐將銅液溫度控制在1150℃±10℃,銅液在結晶器中快速結晶連續不斷上引生產出銅桿,最后經雙頭撓桿機等輔助設備裝盤成產品。

The line frequency induction furnace will melt the cathode copper to liquid which will be protected by the charcoal covering on its surface from air to avoid oxidation of copper solution. The copper solution will be controlled to be 1150℃±10℃ through holding furnace, and it will crystallize rapidly in crystallizer and then produce copper rod by upward method continuously. At last the finish product will be made through double-line coiler and other auxiliary equipment.

2.5 機組的設備組成和結構說明Equipment composition and structure specification

機組由工頻感應爐、連鑄機、導輪架、限位裝置、雙頭撓桿機、水冷卻系統、電控系統、加料裝置以及測溫系統等組成。

The machine is mainly composed of line frequency induction furnace, continuous casting machine, guide wheel stand, limiting device, double-line coiler, water cooling system, electric control system, charging device, temperature measurement system and so on.

2.5.1工頻感應爐Line frequency induction furnace

工頻感應爐主要由爐體、爐架和感應器三大部分組成。爐體外殼是鋼結構,內部由耐火磚和石英砂砌筑而成。爐架起支撐整個爐子的作用,通過地腳螺栓固定在基礎上。感應器由線圈、水套、鐵芯以及熔溝組成,感應器的高壓側(初級)由帶水冷的線圈組成,電壓可從90V~420V有級可調,感應器的低壓側(次級)由短路的熔溝組成,通電后,在電磁感應的作用下,在熔溝內部產生大電流,低電壓而使其熔化并將加入的電解銅熔化。水套和線圈均為水冷卻,冷卻水循環使用,由冷卻水系統提供。

The line frequency induction furnace mainly consists of furnace body, furnace frame and inductor. The shell of the furnace is steel structure, and the inner is constructed by refractory bricks and quartz sand. The furnace frame which is fixed on the foundation by anchor bolt is used to support the whole furnace. The inductor consists of wire coil, water jacket, iron core and melting channel. The high voltage side of the inductor (primary) is made up of coil of water cooling, whose voltage can be adjusted from 90V to 420V in step. The low voltage side (secondary) is made up of short circuited melting channel, after energizing, it will generate heavy current inside the melting channel under the action of electromagnetic induction, the low voltage will melt the cathode copper charged in. The water jacket and wire coil are both water cooling and the cooling water which is supplied by water cooling system can be used circularly.

 

2.5.2連鑄機Continuous casting machine

 

連鑄機是實現上引連鑄的主要設備。它由牽引機構、液位跟蹤和結晶器三大部分組成。牽引機構由交流伺服電機和二組牽引輥輪等組成,它可實現每分鐘0~400次的間歇運動并通過牽引輥輪將鑄桿連續上引出來,每組牽引機構可帶動2付牽引輥輪,分別牽引6根鑄桿,并通過結晶器生產φ8mm 的銅桿。液位跟蹤系統可保證連鑄機上結晶器插入銅液的深度相對穩定,確保連鑄生產的連續性。結晶器可將液態的銅快速冷卻成固態銅并實現熱交換,每根結晶器都能單獨更換和控制,而不影響其它結晶器的正常工作。

The continuous casting machine is main equipment to realize upward continuous casting, which is composed of traction mechanism, liquid level track and crystallizer. The traction mechanism consists of A.C servo motor and two groups of traction rolling wheel, etc, which can realize 0 to 400 intermittent movements in one minute and can guide the casting rod through traction rolling wheel upward continuously. Each group of traction mechanism can drive 2 pairs of traction rolling wheels, which can pull 6 casting rods separately, and produce copper rod of φ8mm through crystallizer. Liquid level tracking system can guarantee that the inserted depth of the crystallizer on the continuous casting machine into the copper solution will be relatively stable to make sure that the casting production can go on continuously. Crystallizer can change the liquid copper to solid copper rapidly and meanwhile realize heat exchange. Each crystallizer can be controlled and changed individually, which will not influence the normal operation of other crystallizers.

 

2.5.3導輪架Guide wheel stand

 導輪架布置是在連鑄機的上方,主要由平臺、支架、豎導輪和滾筒組成,它使鑄桿平滑地導入各組雙頭撓桿機,互不干擾。

The guide wheel stand lies above the continuous casting machine, which mainly consists of platform, bracket, vertical guide wheel and roller. It can guide the casting rod to each double-line coiler smoothly with no-interference.


2.5.4限位裝置Limiting device

限位裝置設置在導輪架和雙頭撓桿機之間,它裝有低壓上、下限位,通過銅桿與上下限位的接觸來控制雙頭撓桿機的速度。

The limiting device lies between the guide wheel stand and double-line coiler, which equips low voltage upper and lower position limiter. It can control the speed of the double-line coiler through contact between copper rod and upper and lower position limiter.


2.5.5雙頭撓桿機Double-line coiler

雙頭撓桿機是由牽引輥輪,成圈裝置和收線轉盤組成,每組雙頭撓桿機由二臺電動機分別驅動兩套裝置收圈兩根銅桿,曲率自動調整。

The double-line coiler consists of traction rolling wheel, coiling device and take-up rotary bobbin. Each double-line coiler is driven by two motors separately. Meanwhile, it will take up two rods in two coils, with adjustable curvature.
